Claire Greenhough

Claire was originally one of our students and began classes with us on the advice of her physiotherapist about 6 years ago. She has always had an interest in natural therapies, yoga and meditation and was so inspired by her Wiltshire Pilates teachers and the physical and mental benefits of the practice that she decided to become a teacher herself!

Claire is a qualified BSY Pilates Teacher and is also nearing completion of Body Control Pilates Level 3 Matwork course.

Once she has completed that she plans to develop further by continuing her studies with more advanced techniques and specialisms.
