Planes, Chains and Mindful Movement Workshop

Suitable for all levels, our workshop schedule will include:
Pilates Mat class – 60 minute full spectrum practice
Exploration Practice – discover how synchronicity of breath and movement creates enhanced stability, ease of movement and mental wellbeing. A great way to improve general balance skills.
Light healthy bites, refreshments.
Exploration Practice – Movement Planes and Kinetic Chains. Using simple movement drills we can link sequences together to create positive patterning habits within our body. A fun and creative session.
Deep Relaxation Practice using guided imagery.
