What is HIP Pilates?

Combining core strength, balance and coordination with an energetic cardiovascular element HIP Pilates is the answer to many people's search for a functional 'feel good' workout and is the creation of leading Pilates educator, Lisa Bradshaw.

In a nutshell HIP Pilates is a more dynamic form of Pilates that combines the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates mat-work session with the dynamic energy of a high intensity workout to burn fat, tone and strengthen.

Jill completed the HIP training programme in April 2018 and now offers her popular Monday 6-7pm HIP combo class, which comprises 20 minutes HIP and 40 minutes intermediate Pilates mat work. The perfect complete body workout!
