Niki Hurst

Niki has led an active and outdoor lifestyle from an early age and enjoys the metal and physical benefits gained from regular activity and movement.  Niki’s interest in the human body led to her gaining a degree in Sport Science and Physiology before going on to study as a Physiotherapist. Since qualifying she has gained a broad range of experience within the field and is really enthusiastic about focusing her work now within the speciality of Pelvic Health Physiotherapy.

Niki completed her APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) matwork training which she used within her work and self practice. However, she really caught the bug after the birth of her first child, when she experienced, first hand the profound rehabilatative benefits of Pilates and has never looked back.

Niki completed further matwork training with Polestar Pilates in 2016 and previously worked at a studio in Cirencester. She is currently working under the guidance of Polestar Pilates trained mentors and educators in London on a regular basis, as well as the Wiltshire Pilates team.

Niki believes passionately in taking care of our body and using appropriate Pilates exercises regularly to assist in each persons individual goals at any stage of life.
